Yes, you need to download BCCI TeleConsult user application from the Google Play or App Store.
Both the player and his/her domestic team’s SSM provider will receive and email and a text message with the appointment confirmation after booking the appointment.
Only the player’s local SSM provider can reschedule or cancel the appointment. Re-scheduling and cancellation of appointments will be communicated via email and text message as well.
The pre-call questionnaire needs to be completed before the consultation i.e. at the time of booking the appointment.
An alert will be issued informing you that the appointment time has expired. If the expert continues your appointment, you can still join the call.
The information shared through telemedicine is absolutely confidential and protected as per regulatory standards.
Upon completion of the teleconsultation with the relevant expert, the user will receive a digital report via email.
Appointments can be scheduled till professional slots are available.
In most scenarios, both the player and his/her domestic team SSM provider should be available during the teleconsultation.
